Museum-quality, often referred to as “giclée”, is a high-resolution inkjet print using pigment-based inks on premium heavy-weight paper.
For example, most of the prints on this site are printed on Canson Baryta Gloss. This paper features a true barium sulphate (Baryta) coating. This coating enhances contrast and extends dynamic range, creating deeper blacks. It also helps create a greater tonal range for color prints. This paper also allows for more detail by limiting how much ink soaks into the paper.
Pigment-based inks, as opposed to dye-based inks, have particles of color that allow the prints to maintain their color for a significanlty longer period of time. In the case of the prints sold on this site, they have about an 80 year lifespan.
Products are typically delivered between 7 and 14 working days.
All print purchases (framed or unframed) are final. Therefore, we do not accept returns nor provide refunds. However, if you received a damaged product, we can send you a replacement. See the process for this here [link].
We are currently only shipping to USA-based customers. We will soon be shipping to Austria, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and UK-based customers.
Prints are not signed nor numbered. However, limited editions come with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.
If your print (framed or unframed) is delivered damaged or defective, we will happily replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately.
